Custom mattresses are handcrafted, with a solid
latex core wrapped in naturally fire retardant 100% organic wool, then
covered in certified 100% organic cotton.
Precise measurements are key, and manufacturer does want a paper template created in the actual size. Because the mattress is hand made, sizing can vary up to 1/2 inch. Expect a snug fit inside the crib, which is good for the baby's safety.
Custom made organic mattresses require patience, as it will take approximately 4-5 weeks to produce by hand. Delivery is Curbside Freight, which may take an additional 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Finally, understand that once production is underway, your order may NOT be cancelled. Because your mattress is hand made to your specifications, it may NOT be returned for exchange or refund.
