What do I do if the wrong product is shipped?

Contact us immediately at
customerservice@kushtush.com,.
Verify your address for pickup and a call tag will be issued. That means you simply need to have the package ready, and UPS will pick it up and return to the supplier,
at no cost to you. Simultaneously, arrangements will be made to ship the correct merchandise.
Remember, it is important you contact us immediately so you will have the merchandise you wanted as soon as possible.

returned product, or refused shipments, without first

What if I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing?

We can handle that. Contact us as soon as possible at
customerservice@kushtush.com,.
If report is made immediately, in most cases we are able to simply stop shipment, cancel the order, and process a new order for the corrected items, with no additional delays in shipment.
If you ordered hand made or made-to-order merchandise, timing is critical because no cancellations can be made once production begins.
If you have already received the merchandise, contact us right away for the proper return address and procedures, then make arrangements with your preferred shipper to pick up the package.
We're sorry we cannot cover return shipment costs in this case. We will make arrangements for fulfillment of corrected product, to ship as soon as your package is verified received.

What should I do if my merchandise is damaged when it arrives?

Verify your pickup address and we will arrange a call tag. That means you simply need to have the package ready, and UPS will pick it up AT NO COST TO YOU. Once your received merchandise has been verified damaged, replacement product will be shipped.
Remember, it's important you contact us immediately to ensure you receive your replacement merchandise in a timely manner.

Do you accept credit cards through email or fax?

We will absolutely NOT accept credit card information via email! Never send your financial data by email; the risks of interception by criminal elements are high.
For your protection, we will only accept orders by fax when we've been notified in advance, have sent you email confirmation of acceptance of your order, and are able to immediately email confirmation your fax is received.
We cannot overstate the importance of protecting your private data at all times!

Do you deliver to post office box numbers?

No, UPS, USPS, and other delivery services, cannot deliver merchandise to post office boxes. When placing your order, please provide the correct physical address for the carrier.

Can I return bedding merchandise after it's been used awhile?

Sorry, absolutely not!
Most people are not aware that federal law explicitly prohibits the resale of
used bedding, mattresses or intimate products! Thus, we're sorry we can
never accept returns of used bedding.

Do you have a store where we can see your merchandise?

Our business plan includes establishment of a brick and mortar showroom in the future, and we can't wait!
For now however, our catalog exists solely online, and we welcome you to our website!

16. What if my shipment is taking too long to deliver? |
|
First and foremost, organic textile products are made to order, so please allow 2, up to 4 weeks for shipping to occur. This is because organic cotton and wool are not as plentiful as chemical cottons. That said, do let us know at customerservice@kushtush.com if you are concerned, and we will track your order for you.
